Bend Weather in April

Bend on the eastern Cascade slope is in the Cascades rain shadow with a high desert climate entirely different from western Oregon. Sunny summers (over 300 days of sun) with low humidity make it one of Oregon's most outdoor-friendly cities. Winters bring real snow at 3,625 feet elevation and the Bachelor ski resort is minutes away.
