Bloomington Weather in September

Bloomington south of Minneapolis is home to Mall of America — the largest shopping mall in the US that maintains its own internal climate year-round. The city on the Minnesota River valley has the same brutal continental climate as Minneapolis with the added valley cold air pooling at the river bottom.

Excellent shoulder season — warm with fewer tourists in many destinations.
