Brockton Weather in September

Brockton in southeastern Massachusetts south of Boston has a coastal New England climate with Atlantic influence. Its position on the Atlantic coastal plain gives it slightly milder winters than Boston with less snowfall but the city is still fully in the nor'easter track. Dense urban development creates heat island effects.

Excellent shoulder season — warm with fewer tourists in many destinations.
