Buenos Aires Weather in November

Buenos Aires sits on the Río de la Plata estuary — one of the world's widest river mouths — which profoundly moderates the city's climate. The Pampero, a sudden cold wind from the southwest, can drop temperatures 20°F in under an hour. Summer (December–February) is hot and humid with averages around 84°F; winter (June–August) mild at 50–55°F. The Sudestada, a wet wind from the southeast, causes flooding in low-lying coastal neighborhoods.
