Dublin sits on the east coast of Ireland where the Liffey River meets Dublin Bay, giving it an oceanic climate strongly influenced by the Irish Sea. Temperatures are remarkably stable (40–65°F year-round) but the city's reputation for rain understates the reality — it actually receives less rainfall than London, just spread across more days.
