Green Bay Weather in September

Green Bay at the southern tip of the Green Bay arm of Lake Michigan is Packers country. Lambeau Field's famous frozen tundra is meteorologically real — the stadium is in one of the windiest and coldest spots in the NFL. Lake Michigan moderates somewhat but the northern position means harsh winters.

Excellent shoulder season — warm with fewer tourists in many destinations.
