Overview

Accra sits on the Gulf of Guinea near the equator. It's hot year-round but less humid than Lagos due to the cold Benguela current offshore. The Harmattan (November–March) brings dry, hazy conditions from the Sahara. Two rainy seasons: March–July and September–October.
