DHA's planned grid layout with wide roads and generous setbacks allows excellent sea breeze penetration from the nearby coast, making it one of Karachi's most comfortable residential zones in summer. The abundant planted gardens and mature trees in the older phases provide localized cooling that contrasts sharply with the barren newer phases further inland.
