Macon Weather in September

Macon at the geographic center of Georgia is known as the Cherry Blossom Capital of the World — its 300,000+ Yoshino cherry trees create a spectacular display in March. The city sits at the fall line between the Piedmont and Coastal Plain, giving it a transitional climate. Hot, humid summers with little coastal moderation are the norm.
