Minneapolis Weather in September

Minneapolis is one of the coldest major US cities, with winter temperatures regularly below 0°F and abundant snowfall. The city is famous for its skyway system — 80 blocks of second-story enclosed walkways connecting downtown buildings — built to allow movement without facing the brutal winters. Summers are surprisingly warm and humid but mercifully short.
