Waco Weather in September

Waco on the Brazos River in Central Texas is Baylor University's city and has become a major tourist destination from the Magnolia empire (HGTV's Fixer Upper). The Brazos River Valley creates some humidity and the city sits between the Texas Hill Country and the Blackland Prairie with variable weather.

Excellent shoulder season — warm with fewer tourists in many destinations.
