Charleston Weather in November

Charleston at the confluence of the Ashley and Cooper Rivers on the Atlantic coast has a hot subtropical climate softened by sea breezes. The historic peninsula city was repeatedly hit by major hurricanes and rising sea levels are causing recurring flooding even in sunny weather. The city's antebellum architecture with piazzas (porches) was designed specifically to capture sea breezes.
